Working Hours Adjustment

Hello everyone! This is an important announcement from the HR team at GlobalBridge Trade Solutions, regarding upcoming adjustments to our working hours.

Beginning Monday, August 5th, our official office hours will temporarily change from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. These adjustments are being implemented to support operational needs, improve coordination with international clients, and streamline workflow across departments.

All employees are expected to follow the updated schedule and remain available during official working hours unless alternative arrangements have been approved by management. Team leaders will also coordinate updated shift schedules and meeting times where necessary to maintain productivity and client support coverage.

Employees working remotely should ensure they are accessible through approved communication channels during operating hours, while on-site staff are encouraged to plan transportation and attendance accordingly.
