Office Maintenance Notice

Hello everyone! This is an important notice from the Facilities Management team at GlobalBridge Trade Solutions regarding upcoming office maintenance activities.

Scheduled maintenance will take place from Friday, August 16th to Sunday, August 18th to support electrical system upgrades, air conditioning servicing, and workspace renovations. During this period, the third-floor workstations, meeting rooms B and C, and the main pantry area will be temporarily inaccessible.

To ensure smooth operations, affected teams will be relocated to temporary workspaces on the second floor, and remote work arrangements will be available for employees approved by their department managers. Employees are advised to save important files, secure personal belongings, and avoid restricted maintenance zones for safety purposes.

While minor disruptions such as temporary noise, limited access, or short internet interruptions may occur, our maintenance team will work to minimize operational impact as much as possible.
