Workplace Policies Overview
Rendora StudioHi, I’m Emily, HR Manager at VitalCore Fitness and Wellness. Let me walk you through three workplace policies that help us maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming fitness centre.
First, we expect everyone to arrive on time, follow their scheduled shifts, and notify their manager if they're unable to work. Repeated late arrivals may result in attendance warnings and salary deductions.
Once you're on shift, providing excellent member service is our priority. We expect every team member to greet members warmly, respond to enquiries professionally, wear the company uniform and name badge, and handle concerns with care. Employees who consistently deliver outstanding service are recognised through our monthly Employee Recognition Programme.
Just as importantly, maintaining a safe facility is everyone's responsibility. Staff are required to inspect equipment before use, sanitise machines after every session, report maintenance issues immediately, and complete daily safety checklists. We also provide regular safety training to ensure everyone follows the latest health and safety procedures.
By following these workplace policies every day, we create a safe, organised, and professional fitness centre where both our employees and members can thrive.
