Hello everyone, I’m Emily Carter, Director of Human Resources at Harmony Health Medical Center. I’m excited to announce our upcoming Staff Retreat, a great opportunity for our team to recharge and connect.

The retreat will include team challenges, outdoor wellness walks, problem-solving activities, and networking sessions designed to strengthen communication and teamwork across departments.

Staff will also enjoy appreciation activities, including lucky draws with prizes such as smartphones, tablets, shopping vouchers up to $500, wellness gifts, travel tickets, and cash bonuses. We’ll also recognize outstanding team members through special awards and prizes.

The retreat will take place in Lake Tahoe, California, from September 18–20, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM each day. Participants can enjoy meaningful activities, build stronger connections, and return refreshed and motivated.
