Hi everyone, I’m Daniel Carter from PrecisionTech Manufacturing. Today, I’ll guide you through the basic CNC machine operation process.

Before starting the machine, always perform a complete inspection. Check the emergency stop functions, inspect the machine condition, and review the tooling setup. Make sure everything is clean, secure, and ready for operation before powering up.

Next, securely place the raw material onto the machine bed and install the correct cutting tools. After that, load the CNC program and calibrate the machine carefully to ensure accurate positioning and smooth machining performance.

Now start the machining process while closely monitoring the machine operation. Watch for tool movement, cutting accuracy, and overall performance. Once the part is completed, inspect the dimensions and surface finish to ensure production quality standards are met.

Once everything is set, the machine takes over with precision. Our job is to monitor, verify measurements, and ensure every part meets exact specifications. Thanks for watching.
