Shift Schedule Update

Hello team, this is your Operations Supervisor at NorthGrid Energy. I want to update you on an important shift schedule revision effective from next week.

We will be moving to a three-shift system. The Morning Shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, will be covered by the Pipeline Monitoring and Field Inspection teams, focusing on site checks and routine monitoring. The Afternoon Shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, will be handled by the Maintenance and Safety teams for repairs and compliance inspections. The Night Shift, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, will be managed by the Control Room and Emergency Response teams to ensure continuous monitoring and incident response.

The new schedule introduces a structured rotation system across all teams. The Pipeline Monitoring Team and Field Inspection Unit will be assigned to the Morning operations. The Maintenance and Safety Compliance teams will cover the Afternoon operations. The Control Room Operators and Emergency Response Unit will manage the Night operations.

To ensure balanced workload and meet operational demand, certain staff, particularly within the Maintenance and Field Inspection teams, will rotate between shifts on a weekly basis.

All staff are required to ensure full shift coverage and timely reporting. Your coordination during handovers is critical to maintaining uninterrupted energy operations.
