Hotel Housekeeping Training
Rendora StudioHello team, I'm Maria Rodriguez, Housekeeping Manager at Grand Maple Hotel. Today, we'll review our room preparation and cleanliness standards.
When servicing a room, always start by removing used linens, emptying waste bins, and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, remote controls, light switches, and bathroom fixtures.
Beds must be made according to hotel standards, using clean, wrinkle-free linens that are pulled tight and tucked neatly at all corners. Pillows should be fluffed and positioned evenly, with the bed presented in a clean, professional, and inviting manner. Before restocking amenities, check expiration dates and ensure all guest supplies are fully replenished.
Follow hygiene protocols at all times by wearing appropriate protective equipment, washing your hands between rooms, and using the correct cleaning products for each surface.
Before marking a room as ready, complete a final quality inspection. Verify that the room is odor-free, all surfaces are spotless, amenities are stocked, and no maintenance issues are present.
By following these standards consistently, we can provide every guest with a clean, safe, and welcoming experience. Thank you for your attention and commitment to excellent service.
