Fitness Trainer Recruitment
Rendora StudioHey, I’m Marcus from Core Fitness Collective. We’re looking for trainers who do more than count reps—they help clients make real progress. If that sounds like you, keep watching.
In this role, you’ll conduct one-on-one assessments, create personalized training programs, lead safe and energetic group classes, and build strong relationships with your clients. You’ll celebrate their progress, keep them motivated, and support them through challenges.
You’ll work with everyone from beginners to athletes, including clients focused on injury recovery or performance. We’re looking for trainers with a strong understanding of anatomy and progression who can adapt programs when needed. A current CPT certification and CPR or AED certification are required, and at least one year of coaching experience is preferred.
Starting pay ranges from $30 to $45 an hour, or roughly $62,000 to $94,000 a year, depending on experience and certifications. You’ll also have opportunities to earn performance bonuses, enjoy flexible scheduling, and work with a supportive team at our flagship location in downtown Denver.
If you’re ready to build a career in fitness and make a real difference for your clients, scan the QR code and send us your resume. We look forward to hearing from you.
