When you arrive, please have your order confirmation ready, this can be your email, SMS, or order number on your phone. For verification, we’ll also need a valid ID to ensure a secure and smooth handover.

Our team will quickly verify your details, confirm your order, and hand it over to you in just a few moments.

If someone else is picking up on your behalf, just make sure they bring your order confirmation and their ID for verification.
