Your student card is essential—it gives you access to campus facilities, libraries, exams, and student discounts. So let’s get you set up!

Before applying, make sure you have: A valid government-issued ID. Your student ID number or admission confirmation. A recent passport-style photo (if required).

You can apply in two simple ways: Online through the student portal—just upload your documents and photo. In person at the Student Services office—we’ll assist you right here.

Once submitted, your card will be ready within a few business days. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s ready.

To collect your card, visit our office with your ID. If someone is picking it up on your behalf, they’ll need authorization and their own ID.
