Hello from Preston Institute of Technology! As another remarkable semester comes to a close, we want to wish everyone a joyful and restorative holiday season.

Please be advised, all administrative and academic offices will be officially closed from 5:00 PM on Friday, December 20th through Wednesday, January 1st. Normal operations resume at 8:00 AM on Thursday, January 2nd.

To ensure a smooth transition, please complete the following by December 18th. Submit all final grades and resolve any incomplete grade forms. Faculty and researchers, submit your final grades, resolve any incomplete forms, secure your labs, shut down non-essential equipment, and safely store any sensitive materials. Staff, remember to set your out-of-office notifications and update your voicemail. And everyone, please remove any perishables from office and lab refrigerators.

For those staying on campus, break housing is available in Carter Hall West—just register with Residential Life. Dining Hall B will operate on a modified schedule, check the campus app for daily hours. The Parnassus Library will have limited access, all loan periods have been automatically extended through January 5th. For any facilities or I T emergencies, contact the 24/7 command center at extension 100
