Welcome to Harmony Health Clinic. We've designed our check-in process to be simple and stress-free, so you can focus on what matters most, your health.

To save time, complete your pre-visit forms online through the secure link we send via email or text before you arrive.

When you arrive, please check in at our front desk. Have your government-issued ID and insurance card ready for us to scan.

We'll quickly scan your cards and ask you to verify your personal and insurance details. You can review and sign any remaining forms digitally right at the kiosk.

Once you’re checked in, take a seat in our waiting area. We’ll call your name as soon as your provider is ready. Restrooms are just down the hall, and water is available if you’d like a drink.
