First, disconnect from the network immediately—unplug your Ethernet cable or turn off Wi-Fi to stop further access.

Next, reset your passwords from a clean device. Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication if available.

Then, report it to the Vendome CyberShield IT Security Team right away. Call our hotline or submit a internal IT ticket—every second counts.

Don’t delete evidence—screenshots or logs help us trace the attack. Avoid using compromised accounts until cleared by IT.
